Applied Mathematician wins the waiver!

January 17, 2026

"My petition was approved today, just within 3 days of receipt confirmation."

According to him, “I used an expensive California lawyer before and got denied. I am hoping to join the list of those you have helped.”

He has a Bachelors in Industrial Mathematics and a Masters in Applied Mathematics. He has no published scholarly articles. He is a mathematical modeler who uses models to solve a range of problems.

We analyzed the reason for his previous EB-2 NIW denial and found that his previous proposed endeavor was not specific enough. It was almost like he was trying to solve every problem imaginable with modelling!

So, our first task was to craft a specific endeavor for him: utilizing mathematical and statistical modeling in the healthcare sector with an emphasis on sinonasal cancer research. We then built the case around this. It sailed through without a hitch.

Hear him:

“Dr. Taiwo is an all-rounder. By that, I mean that regardless of your field, he has a deep understanding of the US immigration system, especially the self-petitioning employment-based (EB) categories, of which I am his beneficiary. He has that remarkable ability to transform even an immigration lawyer-confirmed weak profile into an approvable petition.

His advice to me sounded simple but was truly transformative: “You don’t have to talk about everything you’ve done — take one project, drill down, and explain that heavy math model like you’re talking to a high school student.” That statement was the turning point in my petition process.

If Dr. Taiwo tells you YES, you can’t go wrong. If he says NO, follow his recommendations — they will make you better.

Dr. Taiwo and his team are the best of the best. Even if you plan to draft your petition yourself, I highly recommend booking a session with him for that seasoned, game-changing perspective.”
