Medical doctor from Nigeria with only an MB/BS degree just got approved for the EB-1A.

Another day, another EB-1A approval.

I’m deeply thankful for the opportunity to do this. I love presenting people in the best possible light so they can pursue life-changing opportunities.

This person was having difficulty getting letters to support their petition. I told them we can just submit like that because the EB-1A is very evidence based. They already have the evidence that USCIS is looking for. Letters are nice but not needed. 

The approval came anyway. Not a single letter of recommendation was in the application.
