Reliability Engineer with a specialty in Process Automation is deemed to have Extraordinary Ability in her field.

This engineer came to us after she got an RFE. She used our RFE service to overcome a very difficult RFE. The RFE was difficult because they found insufficient for many criteria including whether she will continue in her area of expertise and whether her entry will substantially prospectively benefit the United States.

More concerningly, the RFE pointed her some “discrepancies” in her immigration record. We had a lot of hills to climb. And so we are pleased with this outcome.
