With no published works or citations and not working in a traditional STEM-based research field, we needed to understand his profile and come up with an original argument for why he merits the waiver of the job offer and thus of the labor certification. 

He is an expert in Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) processes. As such, we made the case that he is “uniquely positioned to advance the crucial objective of fortifying United States sanctions against international antagonists, thereby safeguarding national security interests and promoting global stability.”
